Urgently required an experienced Office Secretary (Engineering Company)

Description

A well-established engineering company is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Secretary. Candidates with experience in SAP systems will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage phone calls, emails, and internal/external correspondence

• Prepare and maintain project documents, technical files, and reports

• Assist with scheduling, appointments, and meeting coordination

• Support procurement and documentation processes (SAP knowledge is a plus)

• Maintain office records, files, and databases

• Provide administrative support to engineers and management

• Ensure smooth daily office operations

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Knowledge or experience using SAP systems is an added advantage

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a technical environment

• Prior experience in an engineering or construction-related office is preferred
