 Requirements:


• 2–3 years of experience as a Welder Team Leader


• Proven experience supervising and guiding a welding team in industrial or construction projects


• Iranian/Bangladeshi/Indian/Pakistani


• Fluent in English and Arabic – reading, writing, and speaking (bilingual)


• Strong leadership, communication, and technical skills




• Ability to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on site
