Job Opportunity: HR Supervisor

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified and professional HR Supervisor to oversee and support the full spectrum of HR functions within the organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with labor regulations, enhancing HR operational efficiency, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. This position requires exceptional leadership capabilities, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to upholding the company’s values and policies.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily HR operations, including , payroll preparation, leave administration, personnel records ,ensure strict adherence to Kuwait Labor Law and all internal HR policies and procedures.
Lead and support the recruitment cycle, including manpower planning, shortlisting, interview coordination, onboarding, and employee orientation.
Address employee relations matters, conduct investigations when required, and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions in accordance with company regulations.
Prepare comprehensive HR reports and workforce analytics for HR Manager review.
Coordinate and support organizational training and development initiatives.
Oversee PRO operations and ensure timely completion of all governmental procedures, including residency renewals, work permits, and related transactions.
Facilitate performance management processes and provide administrative support for employee evaluations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR procedures, workflows, forms, and digital systems.
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters.
- Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law and Human Resources best practices.
Strong command of English; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
Advanced skills in MS Office Suite and experience with HRMS/HR digital systems.
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
