Human resourses manager, odoo specialistd



A well-established manufacturing company located in Amghara Industrial Area – Al Jahra, Kuwait is seeking to hire qualified professionals for the following positions:

1. Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, performance management, and employee relations.

Ensure compliance with Kuwait Labor Law and governmental regulations.

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations.

Supervise HR staff and coordinate with all departments.

Maintain employee records, contracts, renewals, and terminations.

Prepare HR reports and analytics for senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP (HR, Payroll, Attendance modules is mandatory).

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Fluent in English (spoken and written). Arabic is an advantage.

2. Odoo ERP Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and manage the Odoo ERP system across all departments.


Customize and optimize Odoo modules according to manufacturing business needs.

Provide user support and training for Finance, HR, Inventory, Production, and Sales teams.

Manage and integrate Odoo modules including Accounting, HR, Payroll, Inventory, Manufacturing (MRP), and Sales.

Troubleshoot system issues and ensure data accuracy and system stability.

Prepare system documentation and user guides.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP.

Strong experience with manufacturing companies is highly preferred.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Fluent in English (spoken and written). Arabic is an advantage.
