Job Details


We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle client communication, coordinate with the sales team, and ensure smooth processing of orders and deliveries.




Key Responsibilities:




Manage and maintain communication with all clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp.




Follow up with clients on inquiries, quotations, and pending actions.




Coordinate daily with the sales representatives and support them with client requirements.




Receive Purchase Orders (POs) from clients and ensure all details are accurate.




Process POs and coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery of orders.




Track delivery schedules and follow up until completion.






Maintain updated records of clients, orders, and delivery status.




Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.




Requirements:




Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role is preferred.




Excellent communication and follow-up skills.




Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.




Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.




Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).




Team player with a positive attitude.
