 Nationality: Arabs (Palestinian, Jordanian, Syrian, Lebanese)


 Languages: Excellent communication skills — Fluent in Arabic & English

 Requirements:




• 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service


• Mandatory: Previous experience in the FMCG industry


• Strong skills in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and order coordination


• Ability to manage customer accounts and follow up with sales and operations teams




• Professional communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills


• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced FMCG environment
