Visa Consultant & Receptionist Wanted

 Position : Visa Consultant and receptionist




Location: [City, pearl tower 1]


Type: Full-Time


Experience: Minimum 1–2 years preferred




Responsibilities:




Guide clients through visa application processes for study, work, or travel




Handle documentation and application submissions




Stay updated with visa policies of major countries (Canada, UK, USA, Australia, etc.)




Provide accurate and timely advice




Skills Required:




Strong communication and interpersonal skills




Attention to detail and organizational abilities




Knowledge of visa procedures and immigration laws








Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors




Handle phone calls, emails, and basic inquiries




Manage appointment scheduling and office admin work






Maintain a positive and professional front desk environment




Skills Required:




Excellent communication and presentation skills




Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling)
