*We Are Hiring: Operations Coordinator – Medical Center*




A well-established medical center is looking for a *highly organized and experienced Operations Coordinator* to oversee and support daily administrative and operational activities.




*Responsibilities:*


- Coordinate daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments


- Manage staff schedules, appointments, and clinic logistics


- Communicate effectively with doctors, staff, and patients to ensure service excellence


- Monitor inventory and supply levels; coordinate with suppliers when needed


- Ensure compliance with health regulations and clinic policies


- Support in reporting, billing coordination, and documentation




- Handle operational challenges and provide timely solutions


- Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency




*Required Skills & Qualifications:*


- Proven experience in operations or administration within a medical center or healthcare setting


- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills


- Excellent communication in Arabic and English (written and verbal)


- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently


- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems


- Knowledge of medical operations, billing, and patient coordination


- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
