Site Engineer – Civil (5 Years Experience | Immediate Joining)




Job Description:




Experienced Civil Site Engineer with 5 years of hands-on experience in building and infrastructure projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial works. Proven ability to manage site execution, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Available for immediate joining.




Key Responsibilities:




Supervise and execute daily site activities as per approved drawings and method statements




Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers




Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations




Monitor site progress and report daily/weekly status to project management




Prepare work plans, material requisitions, and manpower allocation




Conduct site inspections, measurements, and quantity verification








Ensure proper implementation of QA/QC procedures and HSE requirements




Resolve site-related technical issues and provide engineering solutions




Skills & Competencies:




Strong knowledge of civil works: RCC, blockwork, finishing, waterproofing, and excavation




Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic planning tools




Good understanding of local authority regulations and consultant requirements




Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills




Experience:




5 years of site engineering experience in construction projects




GCC experience (preferred)




Availability: Immediate joining
