Description


A LEADING GROUP OF COMPANIES REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS ON URGENT BASIS:




1. Assistant Finance Manager (AFM)




Minimum 10 years of experience in Finance department




CA qualification is mandatory




Strong ERP knowledge




Experience in handling Group of Companies is preferred




Excellent skills in report analysis and interpretation




Strong leadership, communication & decision-making skills




2. Assistant HR Manager (AHM)




8-10 years of functional HR experience




MBA in Human Resources is mandatory




Affluent in core HR functions




Experience in working with Group of Companies is preferred




Excellent communication, people management & decision-making skills




Ability to handle multi-outlet & division operations




3. Distribution Manager - FMCG




8-10 years of experience in the Qatar FMCG market




Experience in managing Modern Trade, General Trade & Horeca




Minimum required qualification is Degree




Strong knowledge of distribution operations & market trends




Excellent leadership, communication & planning skills




4. Assistant Branch Manager - Retail (FMCG)




Minimum 5 years of retail experience as Branch Manager or Assistant Manager (GCC preferred)




Valid Qatar driving license is an added advantage




Good communication skills




Experience in monitoring inventory, product displays, and merchandising standards & implementing strategies to improve employee & sales performance




Strong ability to lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals




5. Audit Assistant




CA Inter / ICWAI Inter / M.Com with a minimum of 3 years' experience in the Retail Audit field






2 years of CA Articleship will be an added advantage




Age: 25 to 35 years




Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment, and compliance procedures




Experience in inventory audits, store operations audits, and financial verification




Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis, and audit-report drafting




High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail




6. Café In Charge - Restaurant Division




Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in F&B or hospitality preferred




Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
