Prepare Ice cream and help in preparing the desserts.


Preparing mise-en-place (ingredients ready for cooking).


Maintaining the cleanliness and order of the pastry.


Assisting with receiving and storing deliveries.


Carrying out daily and weekly cleaning tasks.


Monitoring food temperatures and ensuring proper labelling and dating of food items.


Reporting any hazards or equipment defects to a senior chef.


Learning new recipes and techniques.
