Experienced Carpenter for High- End Interior Fit- Out (Kuwait) Location: Kuwait Start Date: Immediate Nationality: Open Gender: Male Age Range: 20 - 45 Job Description We are a premier interior fit- out company in Kuwait seeking highly skilled and dedicated Carpenters to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be a craftsman with a proven track record in executing high- quality residential and commercial projects from concept to completion. You will be responsible for transforming design visions into flawless reality, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and precision in every detail. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret architectural drawings, schematics, and blueprints to execute carpentry work accurately. Fabricate, install, and repair fixtures, furniture, and structures using a variety of materials including wood, laminates, and composites. Work collaboratively with the design and project management teams to ensure designs are executed perfectly and on schedule. Operate and maintain a wide range of carpentry tools, machinery, and power tools safely and efficiently. Conduct on- site measurements and assessments to ensure a perfect fit and finish for all custom millwork and installations. Ensure all work complies with quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations. Coordinate tasks effectively to manage the full scope of interior fit- out projects. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in private residential and commercial interior fit- out. Portfolio: A strong portfolio that demonstrates diverse, sophisticated, and high- quality carpentry work. Sector Expertise: Proven experience in the mid- range to high- end residential and commercial interior design spheres. You understand the products, projects, and the expectations of discerning clients. Technical Skills: Highly proficient in using all essential carpentry hand tools, power tools, and stationary machines. Language: Fluent in Arabic and/or English. Excellent verbal communication skills are essential. Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to perfection. Strong problem- solving abilities. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
