Administrative & Secretarial staff (Male/Female)




We are seeking a qualified and motivated Human Resources officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting and ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the organization with minimum prior of experience in Kuwaiti closed joint stock company.




Responsibilities:




Oversee recruitment and a boarding activity.




Maintain employee records and HR Documentation.




Handle employee relations and HR inquiries.




Preparation for board meetings.




Experience in managing and organizing general assemblies, including preparing meetings timeline, arranging official documents and files, coordinating invitations, drafting minutes, and ensuring compliance with legal and procedural requirements.




Requirements:




Minimum 3 years of experience in Kuwait Market




Proven experience in HR roles




Knowledge of HR procedures and best practices




Excellent communication skills and Ability to work independently




Candidates must be detail oriented, well organized




Managing daily office operations tasks efficiently




possess a valid driving license with access to a car
