I, Shaik Jakishareef, have over 5 years of hands-on experience as a Civil QC Engineer, specializing in Quality Control and Assurance activities in major civil construction projects, including infrastructure and oil & gas sectors.

My core responsibilities include:

Reviewing and implementing Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection Test Plans (ITP), and Method Statements as per project and client (e.g., Aramco) standards.

Conducting site inspections for rebar, formwork, concrete pouring, earthworks, and asphalt as per IFC drawings and applicable standards.

Preparing RFI (Request for Inspection), WIR (Work Inspection Requests), and coordinating with consultants/clients for approvals.

Managing QA/QC documentation such as concrete pour cards, rebar checklists, calibration logs, and material approvals (MARs).

Ensuring all works comply with Aramco / ISO / ASTM / ACI / BS standards.

Coordinating with site execution teams, monitoring non-conformance reports (NCR) and issuing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAR/PAR).

Supporting internal and third-party audits and participating in Pre-Inspection Meetings (PIM).
