Examine tender documentation, including contractual letters, specifications, drawings, and bill of quantities, to ascertain the project's scope and gather relevant tender information. Conduct quantity take off for various disciplines, encompassing civil structural scopes (RCC & BBS), finishing (Brick, Plastering, Waterproofing, Flooring & Painting), fitout (Ceiling, partitions, joineries textures, cladding etc) & Landscapes (lawns, hardscapes etc) Quantity comparison sheet preparation against issued BOQ and listing out the variations. Manage subcontractor liabilities weekly. Coordinate with other departments to ensure backups are completed for the Interim Payment Application (IPA)
