We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will help manage our company vehicles and support daily fleet operations.




Responsibilities:


*Maintain and update vehicle records (registration, insurance, service history)


*Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections


*Track fuel usage, mileage, and fleet expenses


*Manage fuel cards, fines, and fleet-related invoices


*Ensure compliance with all fleet regulations


*Communicate with drivers, workshops, and vendors


*Prepare basic fleet performance reports.
