Ø Successfully delivered project with team work of 1.2MTPA Integrated Steel plant Erection Commissioning and Operations/Maintenance of 5 Strand CCM Billet Caster, Integrated Pump House, RMHS and SMP related Electrical & Instrumentation equipment's.
Ø Led the tasks related to erection, commissioning and maintenance of Auto Mold Level Controller (AMLC), Electro Magnet Stirrer (EMS), Cross Transfer Car, and Turret, Tundish car and Instrumentation
Ø Working with Siemens PLCs STEP7-200, 300, 400 hardware configurations with application software STEP7 Sematic Manager Commissioning activities and Process related Interlocks, Achieved successfully.
Ø Monitoring activities involving in-process inspection and co-ordination with Internal/ External departments.
