Position Held: Sr. Mechanical Engineer & MEP Project Engineer & Fire Fighting Specialist.
Duties & Responsibility:
Responsible to carry out or follow-up with project team for execution of the MEP works within allotted cost, time,
productivity, quality and safety standards and in accordance with specifications and drawings.
Participates in engineering, design, and construction review processes related to MEP to ensure they adhere to the
standards.
Provides guidance, managerial, technical support to complete the project team.
Preparing and maintaining updates for periodical status reports for management updates.
Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to project scope, engineering standards and specifications.
Monitoring mechanical services, procedures in all relevant international codes and standards
Coordinate and liaise with Subcontractors and the relevant authority for fast approvals.
Monitor the progress of MEP works of the Projects based on the milestone and report project manager for any delays.
Review the shop drawings, construction details, material samples, inspection plans, methods, statements, delivery
schedules to confirm compliance with the requirements of the project.
Providing technical input and experience to resolve mechanical related engineering issues on the Project.
Reviewing submittals prior to submission to the Consultant.
Attending all the testing & commissioning of MEP services.
Committed to Authorities HSE requirements and all applicable legislations and contractual requirements affecting the
HSE activities at project site and administrative offices.
Fully responsible for the project closeout documentation including MEP Snagging / De-snagging, O&M Manual, Warranty
Certificates, Testing and commissioning reports etc.

Project: Proposal 7 (G+4) Residential Buildings @ Al Barsha South Third, (Dubai, UAE)
Position Held: Sr. Mechanical Project Engineer & Fire Fighting Specialist.
Duties & Responsibility:
Ensure all builders works drawings are comprehensive and discussed with the various engineers for the best
implementation and installation of services in coordination with other parties and main contractors.
Work closely with project managers, project engineers, and procurement teams to optimize the quality of projects.
Follow up the status of material submittal and shop drawings and keep all parties informed of the status and follow up
the implementation of the Clients comments in timely manner
Coordinate with sub-contractors, Engineers and Construction Manager to obtain clearance before starting the work to ensure
smooth and efficient execution of work.
Coordinate with a temporary connection team to provide power /water where required.
Ensure a harmonious working relationship between the Contractor and the Consultants,
understanding that open communication and team work are to be promoted and that an adversarial management style will be
detrimental to the project.

Developing and maintaining professional and meaningful relationships with the client to ensure program and project
requirements are being satisfied.
Coordinate with office staff, consultants, contractors, and other personnel as per project base line program for in time
project completion.
Working closely under the guidance and direction of the Project Manager
Preparing and submitting the RFI's to consultant
Ensure that MEP site instruction/NCR are closed out
Inspects materials, workmanship, and mechanical and electrical installations for conformance to standards and specifications
Prepare and maintain records of progress, changes, delays, and other pertinent factors affecting the Project
To inspect concealed MEP service installation prior to closure of void /riser etc. in conjunction with
QA/QC and obtaining consultant sign off.

Position Held: MEP Coordinator Engineer & Fire Fighting Specialist.
Duties & Responsibility:
Coordinating between MEP and Civil Team at site.
Monitoring and reporting of projects status, and recommending interventions as and when required
Attend the site coordination meetings with the subcontractor/consultants.
Attend meetings & issue progress tracker reports to the client along with Authority tracker reports.
Ensure that all civil obstructions have been cleared to MEP contractor to proceed with MEP activities
Engage with authority at beginning of project to ensure that all temporary utilities (power and water) are provided on time
and do the same with closing out of the project to ensure disconnection of utility services.
Ensure that the health and safety requirements are provided and that they comply with authority regulations.
