Tasks and duties

               - Handling MEP High Scale projects starting from estimation, budgeting, planning and insure the  

                 Max Net profit for MEP project  

 -Lead all MEP-related activities across multiple large-scale projects

 - finalize the procurement with suppliers and subcontractor

 - making monthly reports and make presentation for Board Directors
 - Oversee internal engineers and external MEP subcontractors
 - Ensure MEP works align with project timelines, cost targets, and statutory regulations (QHSE, RERA, etc.)
 - Manage the design review, procurement, installation, and commissioning phases
 - Provide strategic direction and leadership to MEP teams
 - Act as the key point of contact for all MEP-related project matters

Project Brief Description

Construction of 30 Nos. Buildings (Varying from 6 floors to 12 floors) on common ground and mezzanine floor. The project includes all electrical systems (LV SYSTEMS, GSM, SECURITY, ICT, ISP, FA, EMERGENCY LIGHTING, VOICE EVACUATION SYSTEM, LIGHTING, LIGHTING CONTROL SYSTEM AND CBS)

Tasks and duties

v  Outlining timescales, costs and resources needed to design and deliver an MEP operations project

v  Making sure the work follows strict health and safety guidelines

v  Complying with the National Grid and other regulators and managing grid connections

v  Developing step-by-step project plans

v  Leading a multi-disciplinary project team

v  Negotiating with designers, engineers, contractors and suppliers

v  Liaising with staff at every level

v  Overseeing several aspects of a project at the same time

v  Ensuring each stage of the project happens on time, on budget and to a high standard

v  Sharing regular progress reports with the client and stakeholders

v  Resolving any issues or delays
