Responsible for the supervising mechanical (Infrastructure) systems executing in Alamain Towers;
Supervise the executing of sewage lines,water ,irrigation, manholes,IC,catch basin,service box.
Check slopes of sewage pipes and invert leves.
Making test for sewage ,water,irrigation and check fittings .
Follow-up of progress and quality of work and solve technical problems.
Making Material inspection request(MIR), inspection request(IR),request for information(RFI) for infra activities,duct and fire.
Check and review the materials requests and give approval before consultant check.
Plan for the required scope according available open work front on site.
Preparing materials submittals and Quantity survey for mechanical items .
Make purchase order for site and check material on arrival.
TECHNICAL OFFICE SKILLES:
Quantity surveying process and document with auto cade codes.
Prepare Shopdrawings asbuilt and check with consultant

SUZE MEDICAL COMPLEX (JAN 2021 DEC 2022)

Responsible for the supervising mechanical (HVAC &chilled water&fire fighting) systems executing in Suze medical complex
Supervise the executing of the firefighting system with coupling and welding connection and test pipes.
Supervise the executing of hvac systems (duct trails ,AHU units, fcu unites, axial fans)and test with smoke.
Supervise implementation of alumunium cladding for duct and child water pipes.
Supervise the executing of chiller plants ,cooling towers and pump rooms.
Supervise preparations for operation process and flushing for chilled pipes and fire .
Follow-up of progress and quality of work and solve technical problems.
