Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with client to determine functional and spatial requirements of the project.

• Coordinate the work of assigned team members and contractors on projects.

• Developing designs according to a brief that is functional, appealing, and appropriate for the space.

• Reviewing all project documents for approval per project specification (IFC-Shop Drawing-material submittal-method of statement-operation manual-as built drawing-etc......)

• Prequalification & Selecting suppliers of materials and labor.

• Coordinate with all Disciplines to resolve any discrepancies & clashes between (civil, mechanical, and electrical. Etc.....)

• Checking of finishing material delivered on-site prior to installation.

• Site supervisor and assistant in construction supervision to reach the project goals and improve the project quality
