We are seeking an experienced and reliable 

Civil Site Engineer

 to oversee on-site construction activities for road works and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will ensure proper execution of work as per project specifications, coordinate with teams on site, and maintain strict quality and safety standards.Job description templates

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and standards.

Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.

Prepare and update daily progress reports, inspection requests, and site documentation.

Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and quality control procedures.

Assist in planning work sequences, manpower allocation, and resource management.

Verify materials delivered to site and ensure proper usage as per approved specifications.

Attend site meetings and communicate project updates to management.

Support in preparing method statements, technical submittals, and work schedules when required.

Required Qualifications & Criteria

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Minimum 

5–7 years of experience

 in civil site execution (road works experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of road construction, earthworks, asphalt works, and infrastructure utilities.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site documentation processes.

Valid 

Qatar Driving License

 - mandatory

Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
