We Are Hiring – HR Officer (Kuwait Only)




Position: HR Officer




Location: Kuwait




Experience: Must have previous HR experience in Kuwait








Key Responsibilities:




* Manage end-to-end recruitment and on boarding




* Prepare job posts, screen CVs, and schedule interviews




* Maintain employee files, HR documents, and records








* Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll support




* Update employee database and track contract renewals




* Assist with new joiner induction and training coordination








* Monitor visa renewal, residency, civil ID, and related HR tasks






* Support HR policies and ensure compliance with Kuwait labour law




* Prepare HR reports for management when required




* Handle employee relations and basic disciplinary procedures




* Coordinate with all departments for HR-related inquiries








Requirements:




* Article 18 transferable visa




* Ready to join immediately




* Strong communication and organisational skills




* HR experience in Kuwait is mandatory
