We Are Hiring – Admin AssistantOnline Job application

Location: Al Rayyan, Muaither

Company: Pioneers Trading & Cleaning Services

We are seeking a responsible and well-organized Admin Assistant to manage daily office operations and provide strong administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

•    Handle daily office administration and documentation

•    Prepare quotation, contract, invoices, emails, and reports

•    Coordinate with operations, sales, and management teams

•    Maintain accurate records, files, and client data

•    Follow up on emails, approvals, and pending tasks

•    Assist with HR and basic accounting tasks when required

Preferable Nationality: Sri lankan /Nepali, Gender : Male onlyRecruitment software

Required Documents: 

•    NOC Letter

•    Valid QID 

•    Resignation / Termination letter

•    Current Company Computer Card Copy
