Position: Leadership Trainer (Part-Time)

Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring on behalf of a Government Entity in Qatar for an experienced Leadership Coach to support senior leadership and management development initiatives. This role focuses on strengthening strategic thinking, execution, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Training and advisory sessions on strategic planning and leadership alignment

Support development and execution of operational plans linked to strategic objectives

Provide guidance on project managementnmethodologies and governance

Conduct HR-focused sessions covering performance, talent development, and organizational structure

Advise on risk management, internal controls, and auditing principles

Support business development strategies and growth planning

Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive leadership effectiveness and accountability

Engagement Details:

Duration:1-3 days

Daily Hours: Minimum 6 hours per day

Location: Qatar

Client Type: Government Entity

Core Requirements:

Proven experience as a Leadership trainer, Strategy Consultant, or Senior Manager

Strong background in strategy, operations, HR, and project management

Experience advising government or public sector entities is an advantage

Excellent facilitation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
