 Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Minimum 10+ years proven experience in web and mobile application development

 Languages

English: Required

Arabic: Preferred

 Duties & Responsibilities

System analysis, application design, development, testing, and documentation

Develop, deploy, maintain, and optimize web and mobile applications

Prepare test plans, test data, and conduct system testing

Production deployment and system monitoring

Ensure performance, security, and data integrity

Troubleshoot and resolve technical and logical issues

Ongoing application maintenance and enhancements

Database management and control

Deploy and manage applications on IIS servers

Collect user requirements and translate them into system functionalities

Prepare technical and user documentation

Conduct user training and provide ongoing support

Prepare status reports and communicate progress to management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Handle multiple projects simultaneously

 Preferred Experience

Government or large-scale enterprise systems

Parliamentary systems and workflows

PACI integration and Kuwait Mobile ID (Hawiti)

Time attendance and fingerprint systems

SharePoint administration and development

Full system life cycle experience
