Hiring: Recruitment Supervisor - Maritime & Oil & Gas

We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to manage recruitment and personnel for ships, vessels, and maritime operations in the Oil & Gas sector.

What you'll do:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and deployment processes.

- Collaborate with HR managers to implement effective hiring strategies.

- Participate in interviews and recommend top candidates.

- Build talent networks and mentor HR recruiters.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's in HR or related field.

- 2+ years in recruitment, preferably in a supervisory role.

- Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills.

- Crewing experience is a plus.

- Must be in Qatar with a transferable visa; immediate joiners preferred.
