Description


Minimum 10 years of construction management, including oil and gas.


Site preparation, earth work and road works.


Bachelor's degree and civil construction engineering required.


strong supervision and cordinations skill.


Oil and gas project experience.


 


 


Construction managers need a blend of  technical knowledge  (building codes, blueprints), leadership  (team management, motivation), strong communication , and business acumen  (budgeting, risk management, scheduling) to oversee projects, solve problems, and keep teams and stakeholders aligned for successful, profitable, and safe completion. Key skills include planning, problem-solving, negotiation, financial management, and adaptability to handle unforeseen site challenges.
