Call Center Agent – Pickup & Delivery Services

KD 275 per month (fixed)

Working Hours:

• 10 hours per shift

• 9 hours working

• 1 hour break

• Shift-based duty:

• Day Shift or Night Shift (as per company requirement)

Days Off:

• 2 days off per month only (rotational)

Job Description / Responsibilities:

The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling customer communication related to pickup and delivery services in a professional, efficient, and disciplined manner.

Key Duties:

• Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer requests

• Book pickup and delivery orders accurately in the company system

• Coordinate with drivers and operations team for timely service

• Inform customers about order status, pricing, and timelines

• Handle complaints calmly and escalate when required

• Follow company call scripts, SOPs, and communication rules strictly

• Update customer information and order notes correctly

• Make outbound calls for confirmations, follow-ups, and feedback when required

• Maintain professionalism, speed, and accuracy at all times

Requirements:

• Basic English communication skills (Arabic is not required)

• Clear speaking voice and good listening skills

• Ability to work long shifts and night shifts

• Basic knowledge of mobile apps, WhatsApp, and computer systems

• Prior call center or customer service experience is an advantage

• Strong discipline, punctuality, and obedience to company SOPs

Contract Notes:

• Fixed salary: KD 275 per month

• Shift timings and off-days are decided by management

• Violation of attendance, performance, or SOP rules may result in warnings or immediate termination
